Core-Mark International is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a field-based sales team across Chico, Redding CA and Reno NV. You will drive same-store growth through category management and foodservice programs while mentoring a commission-based sales force.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in sales with leadership experience, strong negotiation and data analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A vehicle for daily field visits is required; some travel is expected.

Formación

• Must have at least 5+ years of sales experience including business development and account management.
• Minimum of 3+ years of prospecting new business.
• 2+ years of leadership experience leading, training and developing teams of 10+ Sales Representatives.
• Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Growing OpCo same store sales growth with convenience and foodservice program offerings to meet targeted plans.
• Leading a commissioned sales team focused on B2B sales within a large geographic territory.
• Collaborating with operations on inventory control and food safety initiatives.
• Tracking sales performance and productivity goals through data reporting.
• Developing pricing and go-to-market strategies for both single stores and regional chains.
• Leading sales meetings and participating in conferences and trade shows.
• Conduct weekly field visits with sales personnel.
• Overseeing growth of new business while mentoring the sales team.
