Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow same-store sales and drive foodservice program adoption.
• Lead a commission-based sales team focused on new business.
• Collaborate with operations on inventory and food safety.
• Develop pricing and GTM strategies for stores and chains.
• Mentor sales personnel and drive KPI achievement.
• Manage field visits, training, and weekly performance reviews.
