Core-Mark, a leading marketer of consumer goods in North America, seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth across Chico, Redding CA and Reno NV territories. You will lead a commission-based team, sell foodservice and convenience programs, and expand the customer base while maintaining strong relationships.

You will manage field activities 2–3 days per week, train associates, analyze sales data, and collaborate with operations to sustain inventory and food safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 5+ years of sales experience including business development and account management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Grow same-store sales through convenience and foodservice program offerings.
• Lead and train a commission-based sales team, focusing on prospecting new business.
• Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies for independent stores and regional chains.
