Job summary

Champion Window seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of factory sales representatives in the Denver area. You will manage daily sales activities, conduct meetings and training, and ride with the team to coach and improve performance.

You will work with the Division Manager on sales and marketing strategies, drive a culture of accountability, and help achieve ambitious revenue targets. A Bachelor’s or equivalent experience and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team.
• Knowledge of and/or ability to learn Champion products.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and background check clearance.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales representatives to exceed goals.
• Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new reps for early and sustained success.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and field ride-alongs.
• Drive self-generated lead activity and accountability for opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement development plans.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and customer-first culture.
• Recognize achievements and model professional, ethical sales practices.
