Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of factory sales representatives and drive territory sales. The role includes conducting sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and improve results.

You will work with the Division Manager on sales and marketing strategies, recruit and develop new sales talent, monitor performance metrics, and foster a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team.
• In-home sales a plus.
• Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Factory Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices.
• Ride with team members on sales calls to evaluate and improve results.
• Collaborate with the Division Manager to outline strategies for sales and marketing activities.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives for sustained success.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement development plans.
