Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Residential and Trade Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Spend substantial time in the field observing, training, and reinforcing selling behaviors.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Drive market growth through strategic business development and relationship-building efforts.
• Represent the company at trade events and network with builders, remodelers, contractors, and architects.
