HomeTeam Pest Defense in Durham, NC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue through customer relationships and strategic planning. You will manage budgets, prepare reports, and foster a high-performing sales culture.

You will recruit, coach, and motivate reps, coordinate with the Service Manager, and pursue growth opportunities within a supportive, growth-focused organization.

• Must have intermediate understanding of computers.
• Must have advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage sales in line with budgeted financial performance.
• Assist in preparing financial projections and develop plans to achieve goals.
• Answer questions, research problems, and resolve issues.
• Communicate daily with Service Manager to set service expectations for customers.
• Prepare completed sales reports.
• Attract and select high caliber employees, maintaining qualified Sales Representatives.
• Motivate and manage sales staff performance.
• Make regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads.
• Monitor, analyze, and report monthly sales data to corporate.
• Maintain sales levels to generate revenue.
• Adjust errors and handle customer complaints.
• Assist team with field activities to generate sales (door knock, mail, calls).
• Influence others and stay self-motivated.
