HomeTeam is seeking a Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and oversee a team of Sales Representatives. You will manage budgets, develop sales plans, and report on performance while ensuring top customer service and effective collaboration with the Service Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and proactive prospecting to build lasting customer relationships and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer literacy and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales in line with budgeted financial performance.
• Prepare completed sales reports and analyze monthly sales data.
• Attract and select high caliber employees, while maintaining qualified staff of Sales Representatives.
• Actively manage the performance and motivation of sales staff.
• Assist with making regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow-up on leads.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to set service expectations for customers.
