Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales performance, coach associates, and partner with the Clinical/Lab teams on-site. You will train staff, drive customer service, and collaborate with leadership to implement action plans that hit goals.

• Analyze reports to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of customer orders.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area.
