Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Manager - Sales trainee to enter our Manager Development Program. You will work closely with the AGM – Sales and GM to develop the skills needed to lead a Front Desk team, drive enrollment, and grow into a Manager.

You will learn operations from the ground up, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship through a structured program designed for motivated individuals who love people, sales, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years in a customer service, sales, or team support role.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred to support our Spanish-speaking customer base.
• Lifeguard Certification required through Goldfish Swim School, if not already.
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and families warmly at arrival and departure.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Oversee the first day swimmer process: wristbands, tours, lane walks, and follow up.
• Support daily enrollment efforts by following up on leads via calls and texts.
• Learn to handle common customer objections and support Front Desk staff.
• Shadow and assist the AGM in coaching Front Desk team members.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, overseeing operations across aquatics, front desk, and facilities.
