Titan Factory Direct in Texas is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant with a proven track record in sales and a passion for helping clients find modern manufactured homes. You will drive growth through direct prospecting, referrals, and professional networks, upholding our principles of integrity, service, and no-drama work environment.

Strong sales experience and applicants with social media sales background are highly preferred. Expect an uncapped commission structure and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in home building or related industries.
• Proven sales success track record with strong closing ability.
• Positive, enthusiastic, persuasive personality with entrepreneurial spirit.

We're looking for an ambitious New Homes Sales Consultant with a history of success and a strong sense of putting the team first. The successful candidate will drive sales through direct prospecting, client referrals, and professional networks and have a natural affinity toward Titan Factory Directs Sales Principles: Integrity, Product Knowledge, Top-Tier Service, and a No-Drama Work Environment. Strong sales experience and candidates with social media sales experience is highly preferred.
