Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with at least 7 years of related sales/management experience.
Experience leading a team of two or more full-time employees (one exempt).
Progressive responsibility in sales, industry and marketing.
Extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors.

Responsibilities

Manages a team of sales representatives selling Canon hardware and software solutions.
Trains, develops, and coaches team to achieve success.
Achieve 100% of quota through team management.
Sets clear goals and deadlines and monitors progress.
Interviews, conducts performance reviews, forecasts, and ride days with reps.
Maintains proficiency in product and promotional knowledge.
Manages all assigned company assets (cellphone, laptop, etc.).
Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately.
Performs other duties as assigned.
