Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a sales leader to coach and develop a high-performing sales team in Bonita, CA. You will drive monthly revenue goals, enhance prospecting and closing skills, and ensure contracts meet company standards.

Collaboration with marketing on campaigns will be essential to grow market share. Required are strong leadership, English/Spanish bilingual abilities, and a track record in outside or inside direct sales.

Qualifications

• At least four years' sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
• Experience with CRM databases; Salesforce.com preferred.
• Ability to work with remote stakeholders; in-home sales and group presentations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in Funeral Services industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals and conversion ratio.
• Develop sales staff in prospecting, public speaking, closing, product knowledge, pricing and terms.
• Review contracts for compliance with company processes and regulatory rules; guide sales staff.
• Utilize CRM to identify and assign warm leads and coordinate with marketing on campaigns.
• Shadow the Sales Director and Sales Managers to learn marketing and financials; develop annual sales plans.
