Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a sales leader to coach and develop a team aimed at achieving monthly revenue goals and higher conversion. You will shadow senior leaders, participate in meetings, and help design campaigns with marketing.

Expect to use Salesforce and perform contract reviews to ensure compliance while guiding staff through sales processes. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in direct sales, strong communication and public speaking skills, and a focus on customer service

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; associates preferred.
• Licenses: Series 6 or 7; valid in state or obtainable within 6 months.
• Experience: 4+ years sales, outside/inside direct to consumers; CRM/Salesforce preferred.
• Industry: Funeral services experience a plus; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop sales staff to meet monthly revenue goals and conversion rate.
• Shadow leadership in meetings; learn marketing and financials; help set expectations.
• Utilize CRM to identify warm leads and support campaign development.
• Review contracts for compliance and train staff on processes and controls.
