Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking an accomplished sales professional to lead a team of Sales Counselors in Bayamón, PR. You will drive revenue by meeting quotas, training staff, and delivering exceptional service to families and communities.

Responsibilities include coaching on prospecting, presentations, pricing, and closing, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years sales management experience required.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established location sales quotas.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure that all Sales Counselors meet or exceed the needs of the customers.
• Coach Sales Counselors on aftercare process, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, compliance issues, and delivery of customer service.
