Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Sales Manager for Home Care Growth and Referral Development in the Spartanburg/Greenville/Anderson/Rock Hill and Tryon/Shelby area. Base salary starts at $70,000 with bonus potential up to $40,000 and a company car for travel across territories.

You will lead a sales team, expand the referral network with hospitals and senior communities, and drive lead generation while achieving regional revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience in healthcare/home care/senior living.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth with performance-based teams.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with CRM proficiency for tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team and grow the referral network across territories.
• Drive lead generation and client acquisition across multiple Comfort Keepers offices.
• Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior communities, and non-medical partners.
• Track KPIs, optimize conversion strategies, and ensure growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to boost community outreach and brand awareness.
