Comfort Keepers is seeking a Sales Manager for Home Care Growth and Referral Development in the Spartanburg/Greenville/Anderson/Rock Hill and Tryon/Shelby area. Base salary starts at $70,000 with bonus potential up to $40,000 and a company car for travel across territories.

You will lead a sales team, expand the referral network with hospitals and senior communities, and drive lead generation while achieving regional revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

As the Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of business growth by leading a high-performing sales team and expanding our network of healthcare and community referral partners.

Your focus will be on:

• Driving lead generation and client acquisition across multiple Comfort Keepers offices.
• Building strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and non-medical partners.
• Leading and holding your team accountable for meeting and exceeding lead and conversion goals.
• Tracking performance metrics (KPIs), optimizing conversion strategies, and ensuring consistent growth.
• Collaborating with marketing and operations to enhance community outreach and brand awareness.
