Job summary

UniFirst First Aid + Safety, a division of UniFirst Corporation, is seeking a reliable Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Managers in the Boise area. You will build, develop, and drive a high-performing sales force, focus on Green Guard First Aid products, and expand our customer base through targeted B2B selling.

The role includes on-the-job training, regular coaching, and collaboration with Uniform sales teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B selling or account management.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products in a designated sales territory.
• Supervise and oversee the activities of Territory Managers within the assigned region.
• Ensure that the team is focused and motivated to achieve their monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with Uniform sales teams to explore and capitalize on team selling opportunities.
• Leverage the combined strengths of both product lines to enhance overall sales prospects.
• Conduct CPR/First Aid and AED classes.
• Share knowledge and expertise with clients, providing training and support.
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue contribution goals.
• Maintain consistent performance to contribute to the company’s financial success.
