Job summary

UniFirst First Aid + Safety in the Boise area is seeking a reliable Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Managers and drive revenue within the designated territory. The role includes on-the-job training, a 5-day work week, and collaboration with Uniform sales teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor others while meeting monthly and yearly targets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success in business-to-business selling or account management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for a team of Territory Managers.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a safety product line.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products in a designated sales territory.
• Supervise and oversee Territory Managers within the assigned region.
• Ensure the team meets monthly sales targets and drives revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Uniform sales teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct CPR/First Aid and AED training classes.
