Job summary

ServiceMaster seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across commercial cleaning, restoration, and reconstruction services. You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategies, and forge strong relationships with property managers, insurers, and general contractors.

Success requires a proven B2B sales record, strategic leadership, and the ability to forecast and close major contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and building a high-performing sales team in the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
