Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and develop future leaders, with a focus on one-call close strategies in exterior/interior remodeling.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling.
• 3+ years in sales and 1+ year in sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
• Ride alongs and in-field coaching
