Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Sales Director to lead and grow our field sales team. This on-site, field-based leadership role demands hands-on oversight of daily operations, coaching, and performance management to drive quota attainment.

The candidate should bring one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling, 3+ years in sales, and 2+ years in sales management. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience required.
• 3+ years in sales, 2+ years in sales management (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops).
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement.
• Perform ride-alongs (4-5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly.
• Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals.

Position: Sales Director
