Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in the field. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

You will hire, train, and coach reps, lead weekly meetings, and ensure quota attainment while building a high-performing culture aligned with company goals. Expect an attractive OTE and a dynamic growth environment.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling).
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
