Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This field-based role drives performance, coaches reps, and develops future leaders.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and conducting weekly performance reviews to ensure quota attainment and a winning culture aligned with our rapid expansion strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling.
• Minimum 3+ years in sales and at least 1 year in sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement

Position: Sales Manager
