Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Director to lead and grow the sales team. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and develop future leaders across field-based initiatives.

Responsibilities include coaching, weekly performance reviews, and maintaining a high-energy culture aligned with ambitious growth targets. This is a full-time, field-based role with strong earnings potential through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required.
• 3+ years in sales, 2+ years in sales management (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

• Perform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly.
