The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive store-based sales and lease-to-own operations. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and oversee showroom merchandising to meet Aaron’s standards.

The role offers an hourly wage between $12.75 and $13.50 plus performance-based incentives, plus a range of benefits and advancement opportunities. Location is in Georgia with standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US and hold a valid driver’s license.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
