Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Manager to lead in-store customer interactions and drive revenue through targeted sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves managing showroom merchandising, pricing, and vendor relationships while upholding Aaron’s brand standards.

Responsibilities include generating leads, closing lease agreements, processing renewals, and supporting the General Manager with store operations and deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for positions in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required in location (United States).
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
