Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts, build customer and vendor relationships, and ensure showroom merchandise meets Aaron's standards.

You will set sales goals, drive new business through marketing strategies, and assist the General Manager with daily operations, including occasional deliveries. The role offers hourly pay with incentive eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the United States and 18+ in Canada.
• Requires valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to DOT certify if location requires it (USA).
• Able to work hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
