Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Manager who will drive customer service excellence, generate leads, close agreements, and help manage showroom merchandise. You’ll build relationships with customers and vendors, set sales goals, and contribute to marketing efforts to grow the business.

The role offers a path for advancement within our Sales Manager progression and requires a flexible schedule (8 am–9 pm), strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Valid state Driver’s License and DOT requirements.
• Flexible schedule 8 am–9 pm.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred; college or management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
