UnCommon Farms LLC in Brighton, IL is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager for Insurance Solutions to lead our crop insurance sales team and grow a personal book of business. You will coach four Insurance Risk Advisors, manage the sales pipeline, and represent the company at industry events.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in crop insurance sales, 3+ years leadership, and a proven track record with AIPs and USDA/RMA rules. Hybrid schedule offered in Brighton with travel 30-40% allowed.

Formación

• 6+ years of crop insurance sales experience, incl. 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience with AIPs and insuring corn, soybeans, and wheat.
• Knowledge of USDA/RMA/AIP rules and endorsements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop four Insurance Risk Advisors.
• Own team sales pipeline and forecast toward premium targets.
• Manage personal book of multi-peril crop insurance up to $4M.
