Job summary

Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., seeks a Sales Manager in Columbus, OH to drive revenue growth by leading a high-performing sales team and developing key customer relationships. The role focuses on strategic planning, coaching, and expanding our presence with strategic accounts while delivering exceptional customer value.

The position requires building sales plans, mentoring staff, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to maximize margins and market share.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Five years of experience in construction, industrial, commercial, or service industry environment sales.
• Previous experience with heavy construction product sales or rentals is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the sales team to achieve revenue growth.
• Recruit, motivate, coach, and develop the team's skills and product knowledge.
• Establish sales plans, budgets, objectives, strategies, and initiatives.
