Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant equivalent experience.
• Five years of sales management and operations experience is required, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
• Experience using CRM to manage sales reporting, accounts, and territory.

• Develop and manage marketing programs, advertising, and coverage strategies to grow sales in existing markets.
