Mossy Auto Group in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team in selling vehicles and products to meet volume and profitability targets while upholding integrity and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will recruit, train and motivate staff, build strong customer networks, monitor compliance, and ensure ongoing development through regular sales training.

Qualifications

• Dealership sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and mentor a trained and productive sales team.
• Be a leader and provide focus for your Sales team.
• Motivate staff to achieve or exceed sales, profit and client satisfaction goals.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures; respond to noncompliance and assist in closing.
• Facilitate regular sales training for team growth.
• Set monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses and operating profit.

Job description

The Sales Manager leads a sales team in selling vehicles & products in order to meet & exceed volume & profitability objectives, while promoting integrity & client satisfaction. Previous Dealership managers or top-sales performers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys networking and getting to know customer needs daily.

Employees in this position will be paid a minimum compensation of $5,720.00 per month, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected average annual earning in this position are $160,000 to $260,000.

• Establish monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses & operating profit
