The Weiner Group is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a nationwide team of independent sales professionals. You will help agents develop their sales skills, reach production goals, and build strong client relationships while navigating a broad carrier network.

You will oversee training, provide guidance, and drive effective prospecting and follow-up strategies, ensuring compliant, high-quality service across clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Sales or sales management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to track and improve sales performance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.

We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers, giving our agents access to a wide range of products designed to meet their clients’ needs.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

• 100% commission-based with performance incentives
• No cap on income
• Monthly bonuses paid on the 15th
• Residual income on the anniversary of client sales
