Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. You will help agents develop their sales skills, reach production goals, and build lasting client relationships.

This role works with Integrity Health Plan and a broad carrier network to empower agents to present financial protection solutions. Remote work option available; prior life insurance sales or license preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales or sales management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to track and improve sales performance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work remotely.
