Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of independent sales professionals nationwide. You will coach, guide, and support agents to reach production goals and build client relationships.

You will provide ongoing training, assist with presentations and consultations, and monitor performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust record-keeping. This role supports remote work.

Qualifications

• Sales or sales management experience preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.

We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers, giving our agents access to a wide range of products designed to meet their clients’ needs.
