The Weiner Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of independent sales professionals nationwide. You’ll focus on developing agents’ skills, helping them reach production goals, and building strong client relationships.

With access to a wide carrier network, you’ll guide agents through presentations, consultations, and the application process while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance. This role supports remote work from Utah as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.

We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers, giving our agents access to a wide range of products designed to meet their clients’ needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support sales agents
• Help agents set and achieve sales and production goals
• Provide ongoing sales training and guidance
• Assist agents with sales presentations and client consultations
