Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead a team of independent sales professionals across the country. You will coach, support, and develop agents to reach their production goals while building strong client relationships.

You will partner with carriers to offer diverse product options and guide agents through sales presentations, client consultations, and the application process while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.

We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers, giving our agents access to a wide range of products designed to meet their clients’ needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support sales agents
• Help agents set and achieve sales and production goals
• Provide ongoing sales training and guidance
• Assist agents with sales presentations and client consultations
• Help agents develop effective prospecting and follow-up strategies

Qualifications

• Sales or sales management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals

• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work remotely
