What We're Looking For
We are looking for more than someone who can manage a sales team. We want a sales leader who still loves to sell. The right person will be comfortable getting into the trenches with the team—prospecting, attending meetings, helping close opportunities, and demonstrating the behaviors expected from our BDMs. At the same time, this individual must be able to transition from producer to coach: reviewing pipelines, identifying where deals are getting stuck, developing BDMs, creating accountability, and helping each team member become more successful. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can help us build for the future. As Wheeler Staffing Partners continues to grow, this person will have an opportunity to help shape the structure, processes, culture, and talent of our sales organization.
