Wheeler Staffing Partners in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand the Business Development team on a hybrid schedule. You will be both producer and coach, maintaining your own book while developing BDMs and building a scalable sales process.

The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, a proven track record in staffing sales, and excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue and client growth across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B staffing sales experience.
• Experience in staffing or recruiting sales preferred.
• Proven ability to build and lead a sales team.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Skilled in prospecting, pricing, proposals, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Business Development Managers team.
• Maintain an active personal book of business while guiding the team.
• Develop prospecting and outreach strategies to build a pipeline.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and expand accounts.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals and market priorities.
