Job summary

Ekin Smart City is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own our West Coast and Midwest territory from our Phoenix-area office. The role focuses on our edge-AI public safety platform—ALPR, patrol systems, traffic solutions, parking, and city-works analytics—selling to police departments, sheriff’s offices, municipalities, and state agencies.

This is a full-cycle, quota-driven position with real ownership of the region: building pipeline, forging relationships, and growing the customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years selling technology into public safety or local government.
• Existing agency relationships in the territory (West Coast or Midwest).

Responsibilities

• Own West Coast and Midwest regional sales strategy and execution.
• Hit and exceed quota with full-cycle sales.
• Develop pipeline and build relationships with police departments, sheriffs, municipalities, and state agencies.
