Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Faraday Future EAI Robotics, seeks a Regional Key Account Manager to drive revenue in public safety and security robotics within New York. You will own revenue growth across law enforcement, fire departments, and municipal agencies, commercializing the FX Aegis Max D platform for patrol, surveillance, and emergency response.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B/B2G sales in public safety, a travel-ready mindset, and a track record of meeting quotas with margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B/B2G sales into public safety/government/physical-security markets.
• Knowledge of SLED procurement cycles, grant programs, and government contracting.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas with margin accountability.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close opportunities with law enforcement, fire departments, municipal governments, and commercial security providers across the state region.
• Navigate SLED procurement: pilots, sole-source justifications, RFPs, grant funding, and council approvals.
• Run structured pilot programs with the regional FAE and convert them into deployments.
• Develop referenceable agency deployments across neighboring jurisdictions.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with per-lead Jira tracking and meet 48-hour first-touch SLA.
