  • Ability to manage daily store operations, including staff coordination and floor supervision.
  • Experience with merchandising, visual display standards, and brand installations/events.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate a diverse team.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing collections.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods.

Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at 180 the Store in New York, NY. This position oversees day-to-day floor operations, including leading sales associates, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Sales Manager maintains visual standards and coordinates product placement to reflect current brand partners. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, handling customer requests, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with receiving and overseeing stockroom organization. The role also involves coaching staff on sales techniques, tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership on in-store events and promotional activities.
