Qualifications

• Ability to travel, work weekends, and lift/move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze sales performance, implement action plans to achieve quantitative targets, and identify VIP client opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, uphold elevated service standards, and lead VIC initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, and develop store team members; conduct performance management and career development planning.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory procedures.
• Manage after-sales processes including alterations and repairs, and report facilities or maintenance issues promptly.
• Control store expenses and contribute to profit and loss management while optimizing operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and corporate operational policies.
• Coordinate with retail leaders and cross-functional partners to align on sales objectives and visual merchandising guidelines.
