Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead technical sales efforts for our chemical polymer products within the mining industry. This remote-based role (preferably located in Arizona or New Mexico) will focus on growing sales across the U.S. and Latin America, while supporting global customer development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of mining processes and polymer applications. This position offers a base salary + bonus with significant OTE upside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for polymer-based chemical solutions in the mining sector.
• Manage and expand customer relationships across North America and LATAM, with occasional global support.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site evaluations to drive solution-based sales.
• Collaborate with R&D and technical support teams to meet customer needs with customized solutions.
• Identify market trends, monitor competitor activity, and explore new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM documentation.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mining, or related discipline preferred).
• 5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally within mining or industrial chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of polymer applications in mineral processing or related areas.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
