Our client is seeking a Hydraulic Regional Sales Manager for the North Central Region, covering the states of MN, ND, SD, KS, and NE. Join a leader in the mobile hydraulics industry known for high-quality hydraulic components and electrical control products. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Territory

MN, ND, SD, KS, NE (Candidates can reside in any of these states).

Responsibilities
  1. Initiate and expand business development opportunities for hydraulic system components.
  2. Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base to meet or exceed sales goals.
  3. Build and maintain partnerships with customers to enhance loyalty and market presence.
  4. Conduct market research to gather customer insights and feedback on competitive products.
  5. Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and outreach.
  6. Use strategic selling techniques to provide customized solutions to customers.
  7. Log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system to meet KPIs.
  8. Represent the company at industry tradeshows and build relationships with prospects.
  9. Manage sales activities efficiently, adhering to budget guidelines.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred; B.A. degrees with a technical background are also considered.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of technical product sales experience, with a proven track record with distributors and OEMs.
  3. Experience in hydraulic sales with a fluid power manufacturer or distributor is preferred.
  4. Ability to travel up to 60%, including some overnight trips.
