We are seeking a self-motivated outbound Product Marketing Manager - Sales Solutions, preferably based in San Francisco, to join our growing Industry and Solutions Marketing team. At Anaplan, we are transforming Sales Performance Management (SPM) by revolutionizing how businesses operate. Our applications for The Office of the CRO aim to increase sales productivity and maximize revenue through effective go-to-market planning, incentive compensation management, and sales forecasting. We invite individuals excited about working in a fast-growing company to contribute to the future of SPM, playing a pivotal role in supporting and promoting these innovative solutions.


As a Sales Planning Solution Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, GTM Operations, Competitive Intelligence, and Marketing. Your responsibilities include creating impactful content that highlights Anaplan's advantages in SPM, supporting GTM strategies, and launching new applications and products. You will develop compelling marketing and sales enablement content to drive our programs and interface directly with our GTM organization.


Your Impact


  • Develop customer-facing content such as blogs, videos, webinars, presentations, and website copy to increase awareness, adoption, and retention.
  • Support solution product marketing and sales enablement plans to achieve revenue goals, including growing existing ACV and acquiring new customers in SPM.
  • Partner with the Sales Applications Product team to craft messaging, build sales tools, and enable sales teams to communicate the value of Anaplan effectively.
  • Research buyer personas and market trends to identify opportunities and craft targeted messages for our SPM offerings.
  • Assist with sales play and application launches by developing messaging, marketing plans, and supporting partner enablement.
  • Map complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers and develop successful GTM strategies.
  • Represent our solutions at conferences, tradeshows, and in communications with analysts and customers.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to convey our messaging and positioning.

Your Qualifications


  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise product marketing or presales experience, preferably in areas such as sales forecasting, incentive compensation, revenue intelligence, or marketing performance management.
  • Strong content creation and strategic messaging skills, with a portfolio of previous work.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders through compelling messaging and content.
  • Experience with GTM strategies and product launches.
  • High energy, creativity, agility, and a bias for action, with a proven track record of results.
  • Excellent analysis and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Base Salary Range:
$117,000$168,000 USD
