Your Home Improvement company has been in business for 20 years, and provides the highest quality products, services, warranty, and opportunities for employee growth in the area. We have an immediate need for a Sales Team Lead.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible to hire, train, and manage an effective sales team. Weekly meetings with your sales team to train them to their highest potential. Ride along with sales representatives for in home sales. Monthly volume goals to hit as an office, along with personal sales goals. Minimal travel. Massive potential within the company for future promotions and growth.
