We are seeking an experienced leader who is eager to grow personally and professionally within a supportive and thriving work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful experience in lead management, sales management, building strong teams, and aspirations to advance into a General Sales Manager or General Manager role.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

· Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales performance and increase market share.

· Cultivate a culture of success and ongoing goal achievement.

· Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Track and analyze key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, gross profit, and customer retention.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, advertising campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence.

· Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
