We're looking for a GENERAL SALES MANAGER to join our team at Friendship Honda of Boone!

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and exceptional interpersonal skills, looking for growth and advancement.

What You'll Do:

  1. Work directly with team members to fuel the sales process
  2. Drive profitability through high-level involvement in daily operations
  3. Assist Product Specialists with overcoming objections and closing deals
  4. Develop and maintain rapport with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership reputation
  5. Engage and motivate team members to follow sales processes and best practices
  6. Facilitate regular training for continued team growth and education
  7. Report and analyze daily business metrics
  8. Partner with GM to plan and manage vehicle inventory
  9. Bring a positive attitude to the Friendship Family and culture

Qualification Checklist:

  1. 3+ years automotive sales experience required
  2. 1+ year(s) automotive dealership management experience preferred
  3. Verifiable success in automotive leadership
  4. Well-developed problem-solving skills
  5. Enthusiastic personality with a high-energy attitude
  6. Ability to be adaptable while leading and training others
  7. Customer-focused and process-oriented
  8. Available to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
  9. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
